based E-Governance Network not only in the country but
in the entire South Asian region. The number of offices
connected with the network has gone up to 10,000 in
the last one year. All the three types of connectivities
audio, video and data are in place. |

40,000 k.m. of OFC network exists in the State making
it the most networked and connected state of the country.
The state has the highest telecom density with a minimum
gap in rural and urban areas. Can there be a more convincing
yardstick of balanced development? |

monitored. GujaratIndia.com, official website of the
Government got the Merit Award for the best Government
website. Gujarat is truly a web-enabled E-governed state
with a very transparent Administrative systems and redressal
