Gujarat's Roads are the best in the country. As a part
of consolidation exercise during the last one year,
Nadiad-Ahmedabad Express Highway and Ahmedabad-Mehsana
Highway were made operational. Road works (New as well
as improvements) of more than 5,000 Kms. at the cost
of Rs. 4,000 crores have been taken up during the current
year itself. |

State believes in empowering people. The concept of
Village (Gram) Sabhas has been revived in true spirit.
Can you believe that 79,86,065 villagers participated
in total 1,08,375 Gram Sabhas organized in 6 stages,
where on the spot disposal of 4,58,719 cases was done
out of 5,28,256 cases presented (86.84 % disposal). |
